Battered by Covid, traumatized by shortages, exhausted by overtime, and overshadowed by better-known Nurses and Doctors groups, BC’s Health Science Professionals needed to be seen and heard. Now they have been, resulting in a new level of awareness and a fresh tentative contract agreement.
