Small budget, right value proposition, big impact

A value proposition is the intersection between what the seller has that improves life for the buyer and what that buyer wants and needs. In Denver’s LoHi district that ‘want’ was a great condo in an up and coming neighborhood, and the ‘need’ was a place close to downtown Denver. So, we built the value proposition, right into the name, The Edge LoHi, in a high visibility campaign on a low budget.
