Forget websites, grocery stores could be the ultimate test of UX design. After all, where else are there more experiential opportunities for user mood swings than the list-making, parking, cart-wrangling, aisle-navigating, checkout, loading and unloading and forgetting to buy yogurt user experience that is groceries. We helped Fresh St. Market build its own niche in this hyper competitive market by working with them to re-imagine the grocery store and bring a sense of discovery, lively high service interactions and everyday pricing to food shopping. We still do as their Agency of Record with marketing collaboration and planning, design, creative, digital, social media and traditional media support.
